Symptom Possible Cause Solution

General

No operation

Subject to a severe power surge or electric shock.

Disconnect the adapter cable for few minutes and plug in again

 

No sound

Volume at minimum level.

Increase Volume level

 

Radio

Noise or sound distorted on AM or FM broadcasts.

Station is not tuned properly for AM or FM

Retune the AM or FM broadcast station.

 

AM: The bar antenna is not positioned correctly

Reposition the unit until best reception is obtained

 

AM or FM, no sound

AM or FM mode is not selected

Press RADIO/BAND key to select AM or FM

 

iPod

iPodR no sound.

iPodR mode is not selected.

Press PLAY/PAUSE button or FUNCTION button to select IPODR mode.

 

iPodR is installed incorrectly.

Check the connection

 

iPodR is in pause or sleep mode

Press PLAY/PAUSE button to start the iPodR playback

 

 

 

One Year Limited Warranty:
What Does The Warranty Cover?: i.Dream America Inc. warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.


What is The Period Of Coverage?: This warranty runs for one year from the date of? purchase. The term of any warranties implied by law shall expire when your limited warranty expires.

What Does The Warranty Not Cover?: This warranty does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure that occurs as a result of improper installation, misuse or failure to follow the product directions; abuse; or use with improper, unintended or faulty equipment. Also consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

What Will i.Dream America Inc. Do To Correct The Problem?: i.Dream America Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured, or is out of stock, at its option, i.Dream America Inc. may replace your product with similar or better i.Dream America product.


How To Get Warranty Service?: To get a covered product repaired or replaced, you must contact i.Dream America during the warranty period by email (support@idreamusa.net). You must include in your email, your name, address, email address, telephone number, product name, model number, product serial number, date of purchase and a complete description of the problem you are experiencing. If you like to contact us by phone during our normal business hours 9am to 5pm P.S.T., you may find our support contact number at our website (www.idreamusa.net) . Return shipment is at customer expense with proper package to avoid damage during shipment. The shipment should be insured for possible damage or loss, and must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
